1. PRODUCT PROFILE
Single orifice air valve is one type of single ball air release valve with flange ends.Air valve is one important exhaust valve in the long big piping transport, which often fitted at the highest point on a pipeline to continually release unwanted air during system operation to protect against unwanted surges and maintain system efficiency.
Single orifice air valve can remove the air existed in the pipe more flexible, preventing of the pressure fluctuation or other damages in the piping system. Single orifice air valve is applicable especially to the main water pipes, sewage pipes and deep well pumps piping system. The bore leading to the flange base shall be in accordance to the size of the main pipeline and the
expected accumulation of air.Prosper Flow can manufacture the single orifice air valve according to standard of BS EN1074-4:2000, BS5163:2004 with sizes of 3/4”~ 8” (DN20 ~ DN200mm).

2. FEATURES
